Number Thirteen

Fogler to Play HitchcockDon Fogler will play the role of legendary director Alfred Hitchcock in the independent thriller Number Thirteen, written and to be directed by Chase Palmer. The movie will tell a fictional tale revolving around Hitchcock’s lost and incomplete first film ‘Number Thirteen’. In the story, the great director manages to get involved in a “Hitchcockian” dilemma of his own when he gets in a love triangle with two crew members while making the movie. After the lead actor is found dead, the film’s editor suspects Hitchcock and attempts to discover the truth. Fogler won a Tony Award in 2004 for his performance in the musical ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee’ and also stars in a number of upcoming films including ‘Fanboys’ and ‘Good Luck Chuck’. The film will be Palmer’s feature-length directorial debut. Ewan McGregor and Geoffrey Rush are said to be eyeing the other lead roles.Source: Variety Source: www.boxofficeprophets.com
